Ms. Zhang earned her LL.M in International Law from Shanghai Maritime University. Before joining Huang & Huang in 2017, she gained three years of experience at a major state-owned port group, handling commercial and legal matters related to port operations, shipping, and logistics. She was promoted to Partner at the firm in 2022.
