In respect of the case of dispute over P&I insurance contract (subject matter about RMB 5.30 million), Mr. Huang Yaquan of our law firm acted on behalf of a famous national insurance company against Shenzhen “A” Shipping Company. With the convincing counterplea of the lawyer from Huang & Huang Co. Law Firm, the court rejected the lawsuit requirements put up by the plaintiff, “A” Shipping Company. “A” Shipping Company did not bring appeal against the judgment made by the court.
