From September to December 2000, Mr. Huang entrusted Shipyard B in Panyu city to repair and rebuild Vessel A owned by him. In August 2002, Shipyard B sued Mr. Huang in Guangzhou Maritime Court, requiring Mr. Huang to pay off the repairing costs of about RMB 930, 000.00. Our Mr. Huang Yaquan handled the case in the first instance court on behalf of Mr. Huang. Through efforts of Huang & Huang Co. Law Firm, the first instance court turned down the claim made by Shipyard B against Mr. Huang. Shipyard B did not bring appeal of the case after the case was adjudged by the first instance court. |
