Our director Huang Hui gets invited by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate to serve as expert advisor for civil and administrative cases

Huang & Huang Co. Law Firm is proud to share that its director and senior partner Mr. Huang Hui is among the approximately 3,000 leading law practitioners in China that have been selected and invited by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate to join the nationwide operated database of experts built by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate to advise on civil and administrative cases.
 
The expert database is aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the service of procuratorial organs in the handing of civil and administrative cases, enhancing transparency, and making public supervision more efficient and effective. The expert advisors will assist the public prosecutors with complex matters concerning fact and law via the online system of the expert database, and in the meantime play an active role in overseeing and monitoring the public prosecutors to promote transparency and efficiency.
