In November 2004, four fishermen from Huilai County of Guangdong Province sued before Guangzhou Maritime Court for the personnel injury and death and loss of property caused by Vessel A and the two other vessels B and C towed by Vessel A colliding with Vessel D. Our Mr. Huang Hui acted on behalf of the owner of Vessel A and its P&I Club to handle this case and closed the case with a compensation of HKD 10,000 to the four fishermen through considerable and solid work. |
