On 5th May 2005, a vessel caught fire after setting sail from Boluo Temple Ship Factory. The fire was put out through efforts by various parties. On behalf of all parties that participated in the salvage action, Guangzhou Maritime Safety Administration (Guangzhou MSA) raised a requirement for salvage recompense to the ship owner. Our Mr. Huang Yaquan & Mr. Huang Hui handled this case on behalf of Guangzhou MSA to negotiate with owner of the vessel and the foreign lawyer entrusted by the P&I Club. Through the efforts made by lawyers of Huang & Huang Co. Law Firm, our appointer finally gained a salvage recompense of RMB 3 million from the owner of Villa. |
