Huang Hui Invited to Speak at Global Business and Law Conference 2025

The Global Business and Law Conference 2025– “Rule of Law and Openness” Forum and the 4th Northeast Asia International Commercial Dispute Resolution Summit was successfully held in Qingdao on  November 5, 2025. The event was organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and hosted by the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC). Nearly 600 distinguished guests from government agencies, academia, the business community, and the legal profession attended in person.


 
The opening ceremony featured remarks from high-level officials and global leaders, including Ren Hongbin, President of CCPIT; Li Mingzheng, Vice Minister of Justice; Zhou Liwei, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee; Wang Zhenjiang, Vice President of the China Law Society; Xi Guohua, Chairman of CITIC Group; Hajji, Chair of the ISO Committee on Developing Country Matters; Huang Jin, President of the Chinese Society of International Law; and Sandra, Chair of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Javier, President of the World Jurist Association, delivered a video address.


 
Huang & Huang’s managing partner Huang Hui, who also serves as Secretary-General of the Maritime Law Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, was invited to deliver remarks as a panel discussion guest.

The main forum and parallel sessions brought together leading legal experts, corporate counsel, and senior executives from renowned enterprises, including Lenovo, NIO, Xiamen C&D, KTK Marine, LONGi Green Energy, and Inspur Digital, as well as distinguished professors from China University of Political Science and Law, and Northwest University of Political Science and Law.


 
Centered on the theme “Rule of Law and Dispute Resolution in a Global Context”, the discussions featured valuable insights, explored strategies for international cooperation and sustainable development, and offered practical recommendations on legal risk mitigation and dispute resolution for enterprises expanding overseas. The forum also highlighted the role of arbitration in safeguarding global supply and industrial chain.
