In January 2003, a vessel contacted the jetty belonging to a petrochemical company in Fujian, causing the loss of about RMB 4,860,000.00. The company brought claim against the ship owner, Our Mr. Huang Yaquan handled this case on behalf of the ship owner and its P & I Club. After negotiation, the case was closed with an agreement that the owner paid an indemnity of RMB 1,200,000.00. |
